ARCH-CRETE™ is a complete concrete forming system constructed in a single component non-metallic mold. This innovative panel consists of a flat or textured face panel and an integrated honeycomb reinforcement matrix that provides superior concrete finishes and maximum durability during construction.
ARCH-CRETE™ forming system is molded into a seamless panel with a high pressure injection molding machine that transforms polypropylene copolymer into a consistent and durable panel that offers many advantages such as:

MAINTENANCE
Arch-Crete™ does not absorb water. Therefore, concrete does not adhere to our form panels for easy release and cleaning.
APPLIED COST
Arch-Crete™ form panels have been tested by an independent third party laboratory for abrasion and have been rated in excess of 1,500 pours. The applied cost with proper installation practices equates to ~$0.022 per square foot for panel usage.
SPECIAL CONCRETE APPLICATIONS
Arch-Crete™ is impervious to most chemicals, and therefore has no problems with colored or other concrete additives.
